TERMS & CONDITION:
1. The last date of receipt of the quotation by the office of KV Azamgarh is- 3.11.2009
2. The quotation will be opened in the A/N of 3.11.2009at 03:00 PM in the office of Principal KV AZAMGARH.
3. Firms must enclose their documents of Registration/Income tax clearance & experience certificate for the Govt.supply.
The Principal KV Azamgarh reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender without assigning any reason.

The rates quoted shall be final for the contract period of one year. If any taxes are to be charged extra it should be specifically mentioned in the list.
